Erica Fischer, Executive Director
Erica Fischer joined the CASA family in July 2007 as the founding Executive Director. She has both professional and personal experience in child welfare, program management and child advocacy. Erica has a BA in Sociology and Political Science from Drew University in Madison, NJ and graduate work in Child Advocacy from Montclair State University. As a lifelong resident of Passaic County, Erica is dedicated to the growth and success of this organization by thinking outside the box for solutions. She is pleased to be able to work for her own community.

Megan Hein, Case Supervisor
Megan joined the CASA family in January of 2008 as a Case Supervisor. Her passion for serving children began as a volunteer at a local shelter for women and children while in school in Virginia. Megan has a BA in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. and her MA in Child Advocacy from Montclair State University. She is currently pursuing her MSW at Monmouth University. Megan also serves as an advisor in the middle school youth program at her church. She never ceases to be amazed by the dedication of the volunteer advocates she works with at Passaic County CASA.

Gina Cherry, Case Supervisor
Gina joined the CASA family in February of 2009 as a Case Supervisor. Recently relocated to New Jersey from Pennsylvania, Gina was employed as a Child Abuse Prosecutor with the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office in Harrisburg, PA. She received her BA in Communications from John Carroll University and her JD from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg. Gina considers herself lucky to work with such dedicated volunteer advocates.

BACKGROUND CHECK
To ensure the safety of the children we serve and that of our volunteers, PC CASA, Inc. has the following formalized security measures in place. Passaic County CASA, Inc. will perform a criminal, sex offender and child abuse background check on ALL individuals who sign up to volunteer for any activities that involve the abused and neglected children we serve.
