Erica Fischer-Kaslander, Executive Director
Erica has served as Executive Director since the organization's founding in 2007. Prior to joining CASA, Erica had built both professional and personal experience in child welfare, adoption, program management, and child advocacy. She holds a B.A. from Drew University and an M.A. in Child Advocacy from Montclair State University. As a lifelong resident of Passaic County, Erica has been dedicated to the growth and success of CASA and is pleased to be able to work for her own community. Gina Cetta, Case Supervisor and Internship Coordinator
Gina joined the CASA staff in February 2009. Prior to her work with CASA, Gina was a Child Abuse Prosecutor with the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office in Pennsylvania. She received a B.A. in Communications from John Carroll University and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law. Deborah Morone, Case Supervisor
Debbie joined the CASA staff in January 2010. She was a part of Passaic County CASA's very first volunteer training class in 2007 and joined the team after working as a school principal. Debbie's credentials include certifications as a NJ State Principal, School Supervision, and Teacher of the Handicapped in addition to her B.A. and M.Ed. Johanna Stroever, Case Supervisor
Johanna joined the CASA staff in September 2011. She was a Law Guardian for New Jersey prior to joining the CASA team. Johanna attended Haverford College and received a degree in English. After some time with Lawyers for Children in New York, she was inspired to become a lawyer. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Crosby Modrowski, Americorps VISTA Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Crosby graduated from the University of Michigan in 2011 with a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. As a student, Crosby served as a Networking, Publicity, & Activism Coordinator at the University of Michigan Sexual Assault Prevention & Awareness Center and has also volunteered with homeless youth. Crosby hopes to pursue a degree in Clinical Psychology and work with children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and other trauma. You can reach Crosby at crosby@passaiccountycasa.org.
Stephen Wesoloswki, Office Coordinator
Stephen joined the CASA staff in 2012 after moving back to the New Jersey area from Santa Barbara, California. Stephen holds a B.A. in English Literature from Montclair State University and has been working in the non-profit sector for eight years. Lori Ruzich, Americorps Volunteer
After being a CASA volunteer for over a year, Lori decided she wanted to spend more time working with foster youth and decided to start serving as Passaic County CASA's first Americorps volunteer. Karen Theodore, Part-time Case Supervisor
