Jamie Dykes, President
James (Jamie) A.M. Dykes II was born in Ridgewood, NJ and grew up in Fair Lawn, NJ. He graduated from Fair Lawn High School and Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York. Formerly the Chief Operation Officer of the Passaic County Stationery Co. in Paterson, where he worked for 23 years, Jamie has a long history of service to organizations based in Passaic County. He serves as President of the Greater Paterson Chamber of Commerce and President of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce. He has been a member of the Passaic County CASA Board of Trustees since 2014 and currently serves as President. Jamie is also a Founding Member of the Downtown Paterson Special Improvement District, where he serves on the Board as Treasurer. Jamie and his wife Mary live in Hewitt, NJ.
Peter Lefkowitz, Vice President
Peter Lefkowitz was born and raised in Essex County and currently lives in West Caldwell, NJ with his wife and daughter. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Passaic County CASA since 2012 and currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the organization. He is an Attorney at Law of the State of New Jersey and holds a BA from Rutgers NCAS and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a member of the firm of Nurik & Lefkowitz LLC in Pompton Lakes, and has been with the firm since 1984. His primary focus of practice is family law. He is a past officer of Rotary International and has served as chairman of the Fee Arbitration Committee for Passaic County. He currently serves as on the Passaic County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel.
Lindsay Janel, Secretary
Lindsay Janel was born and raised in Northern Passaic County, and now resides in Riverdale, NJ with her husband and son. A member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars since 2008, Lindsay has her own law practice in Pompton Lakes, NJ, where she primarily focuses on real estate. Lindsay has been a member of CASA of Passaic County since 2013. In addition to CASA, Lindsay is also a Pompton Lakes Rotarian, a member of the League of Women Voters and a member of the Pompton Lakes BID. Lindsay received her Bachelors Degree from American University and her JD from Widener University School of Law.
John Lindemulder, Treasurer
John Lindemulder was born and raised in Wayne, NJ, currently residing in Bloomingdale, NJ with his wife and 3 children. He joined the Board of Trustees of Passaic County CASA in 2017 and is currently serving as Treasurer. He is a Vice President with Atlantic Stewardship Bank in the commercial lending division. John joined Atlantic Stewardship Bank in 2006, became a branch manager in 2008 and was recently promoted to work in commercial lending specializing in small business loans.
John has been serving in his church as a senior high youth group sponsor for the past 20 years, previously served as president of the deacons.
Janice Erzmoneit, President Emeritus
Janice Erzmoneit was born and raised in Passaic County, and currently lives in North Haledon, NJ with her husband and son. She has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Passaic County CASA since 2009. She is a CPA and holds an MBA from Pace University Lubin School of Business as well as a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from William Paterson University. She is the Vice President, Finance for Liberty Science Center, a nonprofit museum of science and technology for children and children-at-heart in Jersey City, NJ. She started her career as an auditor with KPMG in New York City, where she spent seven years serving clients in the Not-for-Profit and Commercial sectors. Before joining Liberty Science Center, she held various financial executive positions at organizations in the food service, transportation and logistics, and apparel industries where her accomplishments helped to take those organizations to the next level of financial and operational effectiveness through cross-functional leadership, systems and process development and improvement, and financial planning, management, analysis, and reporting.
Jonathan E. Aber, Gala Chairperson
Jonathan E. Aber is a Senior Risk & Marketing Executive at the Scirocco Insurance Group in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Born in New York City and raised in Parsippany, NJ, he is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a BS in Insurance. Jon specializes in designing insurance programs that best protect his clients’ business and personal financial assets. He is a Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Monmouth County, a Co-Founder of the DFM Foundation, and has been a member of the Passaic County CASA Board of Trustees since 2011. Jon lives in Wayne, NJ with his family and enjoys golfing in his spare time.
Ronda Casson Cotroneo
A native of North Haledon, NJ, Ronda Casson Cotroneo is a lawyer with over twenty-five years of experience practicing law. She is currently the solo practitioner in the Wayne-based Law Office of Ronda Casson Cotroneo, Esq, where she specializes in matrimonial law and related matters. A graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law (1993) and Seton Hall University (1990), Ms. Cotroneo is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Women Lawyers in Bergen County Association, and the Passaic County 200 Club. She currently serves as the Ringwood Democrat Municipal Leader, the Passaic County Improvement Authority Commissioner, and is a member of the Joint Legislative State Ethics Committee. She has been a board member of the Passaic County Court Appointed Special Advocates since 2016. She lives in Ringwood, NJ with her husband and two daughters.
Aileen Martinez Carper
Aileen Martinez Carper was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Bethlehem, PA. She has crisscrossed the country working as a broadcast journalist. Beginning in 2015, she started volunteering with CASA helping with communications planning and later, the 2017 Voices for Children Gala. In 2018, Aileen enthusiastically accepted the opportunity to join the Board to help CASA expand its reach and support even more children in Passaic County. Aileen currently works at ADP in Roseland, NJ, where she leads Executive Communications. She lives in Wayne, NJ with her husband and son.
Ann Sundius-Rose has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Passaic County CASA since May of 2018. Prior to that she was a CASA for 8 years. She currently is VP of Membership at CEO Connection, a membership organization for Mid-Market CEOs. This role follows a 25-year career in television. She has an affinity for non-profit work, particularly underprivileged children, and has had past involvement with Children International, American Women's Association in Delhi, India, and Roots & Wings of Morris County, NJ. She resides in Morris County and has 3 daughters.
